Children & Youth

Here at The Anglican Society for the Welfare of Animals, we believe that compassion for God’s creatures is a message for all ages. We hope that with the resources provided, we can help enhance children’s knowledge about helping protect endangered animals and promoting care and compassion for the many wonderful animals who share our planet. All of our material is available for free download and can be used for Children’s Church, Messy Church and Schools.

There are lots of craft ideas, along with a fabulous sticker book – ‘Our Wild World’. The sticker book is available from our shop for £3.00, where children can learn about animals and their habitats. There are also two different colouring sheets to download or buy – ‘Elijah and the Ravens’ and ‘Bees’ and separate sticker sheets- again available from the ASWA shop, so you can recreate the story of Elijah and the Ravens (1 Kings 17), or learn about the importance of Bees in our world.

For teens, there is a downloadable factsheet of ways to get involved and we also offer a reduced ‘Youth Membership’ for just £5.00 (see our membership page). With this, you will receive our magazine, ‘Animal Watch’.

ASWA are able to provide speakers for schools and youth groups so please contact The Secretary at secretary@angsocwelanimals.net
